Small tumors have not been able to get the nutrients needed for growth in tumors in situ and even a healthy life in old age, old, not affected by tumors. Researchers trying to develop tests that determine whether a person's breast and prostate tumors remain dormant or spread. Thus, future patients could avoid unnecessary treatments.
